Michalis was very friendly & open. On pickup he made it clear that although we had full insurance it did not cover tires & glass - we had the option to add this for 5e per day.

We went without it and had no problems. We also got a free upgrade (slightly bigger car). The car was clean and new - had less than 70,000km.

Michalis also gave us a map & some tips on what to explore on the island.

Pickup and return was smooth. I would highly reccomend Michalis. This is definetly my 1st choice if I ever visit Crete again.
