Unfortunately, the lack of transparency made this experience unpleasant, and I would only recommend this service with reservations. In the advertisement and in the booking details it was clearly stated that no deposit or additional fees would be required. However, when picking up the car we were told that we had to either pay a €500 deposit refundable at the end of the rental) or choose a full insurance package with an extra charge of €100. I find it completely unfair to handle things this way, especially since both the booking confirmation and my WhatsApp conversation with the representative confirmed the final amount to be paid.If we hadn’t arrived in Thessaloniki at midnight, with children, I honestly would have cancelled the rental.
Pros: the car was exactly as described on the website, very clean, and the airport pick-up was prompt.
Wonderful service, everything went flawlessly, from the airport pick up to the delivery of the car, excellent communication, friendly and knowledgeable staff, the rental car was in good condition, clean and was the most suitable option for my family. Very good value for money, the fact that there are no hidden fees, deposits, etc. I highly recommend this service.
