Thessaloniki is not a busy ferry port. At the time of writing, Seajets fast boats come in from the Sporades (Skiathos, Skopelos, Alonissos) about four times a week from mid-June to mid-September, and Blue Star Ferries runs one sailing a week, via the North Aegean islands to Mykonos and Syros. Give the supplier your ship and arrival time when you book.

The passenger terminal is at the western end of the waterfront, under 2 km from Aristotelous Square. When your ship docks, the supplier meets you on arrival, sends you directions to their office, or sends a shuttle to take you there, and confirms which after booking. The port's P1 Passenger Terminal car park, by the main gate, is open around the clock, with the first 15 minutes free and an hourly charge after that.
